Returns & Exchanges

Regular-price items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition. Items returned with stains, deodorant, cologne, smoke, body odor, or other signs of wear will be rejected.

For U.S. returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost of the label from your refund. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For U.S. exchanges, West Major covers the shipping both ways.

All marked-down sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer free ground shipping on U.S. orders over $200.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

If tracking shows a package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, West Major is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

If you’re concerned about package security, contact us before ordering to request signature-required delivery.
